Microwave moisture meter escorts the production of Nangang Group

RGI MONCON 21 was installed and commissioned on December 25, 2015 in Nanjing Iron and Steel No.1 Blast Furnace. The microwave moisture meter is installed on the coke mixing belt of the blast furnace to measure the dry and wet mixed coke. The measurement data of the microwave moisture meter is integrated into the large system to realize automatic focusing, replacing the original neutron moisture meter and complicated manual testing. Reduce labor intensity, ban the radiation hazard of neutron moisture meter to human body, save maintenance cost and improve production efficiency.
